Tom Livelli is a Managing Director for Greystar in South America and has profit and loss responsibility for the businesses in Chile and Brazil. In that capacity, Tom is charged with building and developing local teams, raising capital, originating projects, managing relationships with partners and investors, and overseeing the execution and operation of projects.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Tom was Senior Vice President for Boston Andes Capital, a boutique real estate private equity firm focused on investing in US projects on behalf of high-net-worth families from Latin America. Tom was also a Director at Clark Realty Capital, where he developed a variety of residential and mixed-use communities in California and Central America and was the sole principal of the firm's broker-dealer. Tom is a board member of the Chilean chapter of GRI, a global real estate industry association. Tom is also actively involved in the Chilean Construction Chamber and the Urban Land Institute.
Tom received his bachelor's degree with honors from Harvard University in Environmental Science and Public Policy and earned his Master’s of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
