Bob Faith is Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development, and management of high-quality rental housing properties. As Chief Executive Officer, Bob leads the Greystar Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. For nearly three decades, Bob has maintained oversight over all aspects of Greystar, including organizational structure, strategic planning, and company growth. Bob believes that the company’s commitment to its pillars of excellence, core values, evergreen business strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit allows Greystar to mitigate cyclicality while attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry and providing attractive career growth potential to all team members. Following Harvard Business School, Bob began his real estate career with the Trammell Crow Company in 1986, ultimately becoming a Partner in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. In 1991, he co-founded Starwood Capital Partners, LP, a private investment company. In 1993, Bob founded Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC, in Houston, Texas. In addition, he founded and served as CEO of Homegate Hospitality, Inc from 1996 to 1997. From 2002 through 2006, Bob served as the South Carolina Secretary of Commerce.
Under Bob’s leadership, Greystar has grown from a manager of 9,000 units in the United States through the acquisition of the company’s predecessor Greystone to managing and operating over an estimated $200 billion+ of real estate in nearly 200 markets globally throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region. Today, Greystar is the largest operator of apartments in the United States, managing approximately 693,000 units/beds globally, and has a robust institutional investment management platform with approximately $35.5 billion of assets under management, including over $15 billion of assets under development. In 2019, Greystar was ranked as the 43rd largest real estate investment manager in the world despite the company specializing in only residential rental housing.
In 2020, Bob was recognized by Commercial Observer as one of the Most Powerful Players in Real Estate ranking #32 on the Power 100 list. Following the EdR transaction in 2018, Bob was the recipient of PERE’s North America Industry Figure of the Year award. Since 2016, Bob has been consecutively listed as a Glassdoor Top CEO. Bob is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Pension Real Estate Association, and the Young Presidents’ Association.
Bob received his bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bill Maddux is an Executive Managing Director and leads the company’s Development and Construction business. Bill serves as a member of the Greystar Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. Bill maintains management oversight of the company’s Global Development and Construction business and is integral in implementing executional standards and growth initiatives across the company. Since 2009, Greystar has sponsored 112 multifamily projects comprising nearly 31,000 units as General Contractor, with a total capitalized value of more than $8.2 billion in the United States.
Bill joined Trammell Crow Company as a leasing agent in Oklahoma City in 1985. Before joining Greystar in 1999, Bill held numerous leadership positions within the Trammell Crow Company, including Partner, Chief Operating Officer for the eastern United States, as well as head of the National Brokerage Platform.
Under Bill’s leadership, the company’s strong Development and Construction business is well-positioned to sustain future growth through preferred partner relationships and the company’s robust Due Diligence, Design and Quality Control practices. Today, Greystar Development and Construction has $15 billion of assets under development with a global pipeline of $8.5 billion.

Chief Financial Officer

Derek Ramsey is an Executive Managing Director and the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Derek serves as a member of the Greystar Investment Committee, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. Derek’s responsibilities include oversight of the financial management and reporting functions and the management of the debt and equity capital resources of the consolidated global enterprise. In addition to these responsibilities, Derek oversees the teams that manage the company’s balance sheet and capital investments, Open-Ended Funds, Investor Client Services, Research and Strategy, and University Partnerships. Under Derek’s leadership, Greystar has completed over $1.3 billion in balance sheet capital raising transactions, over $2.0 billion in new financings for Greystar sponsor equity investment vehicles and over $300 million in corporate mergers & acquisitions transactions.
Before joining Greystar in 1997, Derek was an analyst with Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in the corporate finance/investment banking division, where he played an integral role in over $500 million of equity, debt, and merger-and-acquisition transactions.
Derek is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Pension Real Estate Association, and the Urban Land Institute.

Andrew Livingstone is an Executive Managing Director and leads the company's Property Management business. As a member of the Executive Committee, Andrew maintains management oversight of the company's owned and managed portfolios, including Student, Active Adult, and Conventional properties. Andrew oversees the Greystar Management Support Services Group for the company's real estate operations, including Financial Services, Legal Services, Strategic Services, and Technology & Business Systems.
Before becoming an Executive Managing Director, Andrew held several other leadership positions within the company, including Executive Director and Southeast Regional Partner. Since joining the Executive Committee in 2007, Andrew has led the reorganization of the company's real estate operations and support services as Greystar became the largest operator of apartment communities in the US, a position the company maintains today. Andrew played critical roles in the company's growth, leading integration efforts following the acquisitions of JPI Property Management Company in 2009, Archon and Glacier in 2010, Riverstone Residential Group in 2014, and Education Realty Trust (EdR) in 2018.
Andrew is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Andrew is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM®️) designation from the National Apartment Association and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
Andrew received his bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida in Accounting.

Wes Fuller is an Executive Managing Director for Greystar and leads the company’s Investment Management business, including Fund Management, Portfolio and Asset Management, and the Greystar Investor Relations team. Wes serves as a member of the Greystar Investment Committee and Executive Committee.
Wes maintains management oversight of the company’s Investment Management business, which focuses on investments in rental housing in the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and South America regions through a series of investment vehicles with institutional clients. Under Wes’s leadership, the company began investing in international markets in 2013, including significant investments in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Austria, France, Ireland, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Australia, China, and Japan. The company’s robust institutional investment management platform has approximately $35 billion of assets under management, with a global presence in nearly 200 strategic markets.
Wes is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, the National Multifamily Housing Association, the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate, and the Urban Land Institute.
Wes received his bachelor’s degree from Furman University in Biology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School in Real Estate Finance.
