BIOGRAPHY

Mary Alice Lathem is a Managing Director and leads the Corporate Accounting Operations at the Greystar consolidated level. She also manages corporate accounting at the parent level for the Office of the CEO, CFO, Enterprise Services functions, and North America Investment accounting. In addition, she is also responsible for Greystar corporate consolidations and corporate investments.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2020, Mary Alice served as Senior Director and Corporate Controller for Genuine Parts Company, a large publicly traded distribution company located in Atlanta, Georgia. She was also previously part of a public accounting firm for many years prior to going into the industry. Mary Alice is actively involved in her community and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia. 

She received her bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting from Presbyterian College.
