BIOGRAPHY
Josie Tidemann is a Managing Director of Operations Process and Change Transformation for Greystar’s US Property Management business. Josie is responsible for leading teams that oversee operational process improvement, SOP and policy management, project management, and change transformation. The team leads large cross-functional real estate operations projects that create positive change for on-site teams as well as the administration of the US Property Management's Operations Process team. Josie's team also oversees the administration of the team member housing benefit for on-site teams.
Before joining Greystar in 2019, Josie worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for 23 years. While at IHG, Josie held multiple global positions, including Director of Global Learning, where she was responsible for all brand, service, and operations training for nearly 500K employees worldwide, and Director of Global Reservations System Learning and Development, where she designed the learning strategy and led domestic and offshore teams in Mumbai, India who developed the deliverables for the implementation of a new reservation system worldwide. Josie is certified in PROSCI change management practices and is a certified HBDI practitioner.
Josie received her bachelor's degree from the University of Houston - Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
