BIOGRAPHY

Gary Struick is a Managing Director and leads our Centralized Leasing operations for Greystar’s Property Management business. Gary and his team provide leasing sales and related support for communities using the Greystar Elevate operations platform. Through this role, he is focused on business growth, optimizing technology offerings, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for both owned and third-party managed portfolios.

Before joining Greystar in 2023, Gary served as Executive Director of Merchant Services Back Office Operations at JP Morgan Chase. His team was responsible for over 250K annual setup and maintenance requests for a client base generating more than $2 trillion in payment acquiring volume. Prior to that, Gary held various executive and director roles for Capital One and Bank of America. He was responsible for leading large customer service organizations with experience delivering significant technology transformations and building call centers from the ground up.

Gary received his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
