BIOGRAPHY

Gary Crane is an Executive Director and maintains management oversight of Third-Party Property Management Operations for the Eastern United States, including the Northeast, Southeast, and Florida divisions. Gary oversees the company's Commercial Real Estate Operations, which includes 3.8 million square feet of retail and office space.

Prior to joining Greystar in October 2001, Gary was a Principal with Trammell Crow Company for 13 years, where he held numerous leadership roles. At Trammel Crow, Gary was responsible for all institutional services for the company throughout the State of Florida for investment sales, property management, and project leasing. Before holding this position, Gary was responsible for overseeing Trammell Crow Company's South Florida services business, which delivered consistent year after year growth in portfolio size and net revenues. Gary joined Trammell Crow Company in 1989 as a Senior Property Manager after spending three years as a Property Manager in South Florida for a local management services firm.

Gary is the past President of Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) of South Florida and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. Gary is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.

Gary received a bachelor's degree from Jacksonville University in Business Administration.
