BIOGRAPHY
Dustin Lovingood is a Managing Director and leads Marketing for the Owned Asset portfolio for Greystar Property Management. Dustin oversees the North American owned asset marketing team in key areas that include brand, strategy, and performance across student, conventional investment, and development, as well as active adult.
Dustin has served in various roles with Greystar both on third-party and owned assets. Prior to joining Greystar, Dustin was Head of Marketing at Monogram Residential Trust, a publicly traded REIT, where he was responsible for leading both property and corporate marketing for the firm. Dustin started his career in marketing with AMLI Residential, focused on the development and management of luxury apartment communities.
Dustin received his bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
