BIOGRAPHY

Chris Moltke-Hansen is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Finance Transformation functions for Greystar. In this role, Chris works closely with accounting leaders and their teams to bring a holistic lens to Greystar’s global accounting and finance teams for processes, systems, and people across all business segments.

Chris joined Greystar from Altisource where he served as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, as well as managing the tax, internal audit, treasury, and investor relations functions. Prior to Altisource, Chris was a Vice President at a leading global wealth manager and investment bank where he worked extensively across the bank to support the financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance aspects of the bank’s US parent company and subsidiaries. Chris began his career at Blackman & Sloop CPAs, P.A., a BDO Alliance USA Firm where he was a Senior Associate in the firm’s audit practice focused on clients in the real estate, private equity, hedge fund, and non-profit industries.

Chris holds a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Elon University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
