BIOGRAPHY
Bo Chapman is a Managing Director for Greystar Development Services. In this role, he is responsible for the financial oversight, strategic planning, and day to-day operations for the Mountain region development and construction business, including the sourcing, capitalization, design, and execution of multifamily projects.
Over his career, Bo’s led the development of 26 market-rate communities, approximately 7,000 units and 24,000 square feet of retail space, representing over $1.8 billion in total capitalization.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington, he began his career as an engineering consultant, where he acquired more than four years of design and project management experience on public and private sector land development projects.
Bo holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and once held a professional engineering license in the state of Texas.
