Barbara Lehman is a Managing Director for Greystar’s Brand & Customer Experience team leading all digital activities and supporting each business segment in achieving their respective strategic objectives. She is responsible for providing guidance and expertise on owned digital media across Greystar and expanding the company’s portfolio of products and services, ensuring activities, initiatives, and practices are scaled to meet business needs and executed in line with global standards.
Barbara joins Greystar from UGI Corporation, where she was Head of Customer Digital Experience and Customer Journey. Prior to UGI Corporation, Barbara was Executive Director of Digital Transformation at Comcast Corporation. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she has seen many achievements in her career thus far, including generating over 100% growth in online orders YoY, driving digital adoption across the customer journey delivering 15-70% digital shift annually, and building digital capabilities for customers and platforms to power the experience and manage the business.
Barbara has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Widener University.
