BIOGRAPHY
Adrian De Smul is a Managing Director for Strategy and Innovation within the Property Management business. He leads the innovation function, which includes investigating, piloting, measuring, and sharing new technologies within the Property Management business to drive value for our clients. Additionally, he leads internal strategy work, including strategic planning, analytics, and AI.
Before joining Greystar in 2019, Adrian was the Director of Technology at Ruggable, an e-commerce startup in Los Angeles, California. Prior to that, he spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where he led Financial Services and Aerospace clients through digital transformations and advised on customer experience.
Adrian received his bachelor of science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.
