Stratto Americas is the first institutional multifamily project in the Guadalajara market. Stratto Americas is a multifamily development comprised of 230 apartments with a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well 11 penthouses, aka SkyLofts, on the top floor of the tower with spectacular views of Guadalajara. All apartments are equipped with luxury appliances, utilities contracts and give residents the option to rent a complete furniture package specifically designed and optimized suit the evolving needs of the Guadalajara housing market.
