Neptune Marina

Mixed Use, Multifamily
526 units
14126 Marquesas Way, Marina Del Ray, CA
90292 United States

Opened to residents in 2019, Neptune Marina is an aspirational community by the water. Making a splash in Los Angeles, the project features 526 apartments across four buildings, a 174-slip marina, modern resident and boater amenities, and a captivating waterfront promenade.

Greystar developed Neptune under a long-term ground lease with the County of Los Angeles in close cooperation with several agencies including the Department of Beaches and Harbors and the California Department of Transportation. Concurrent with the construction of the apartments and marina, Greystar restored and improved a 1.5-acre wetland area adjacent to the project into an ecologically themed park for public use and constructed a new public boat anchorage.

Providing a sense of coastal luxury and taking into consideration the recent renovations to modernize the marina and surrounding area, Neptune Marina offers residents the surf at their door and the city at their fingertips. The community is only minutes away from the sand at Venice beach, popular restaurants and bars on Santa Monica’s Main Street, and the upscale shops along Abbott Kinney. All residents benefit from 95,000 square feet of luxurious indoor and outdoor amenities including multiple pools and spas, sky decks, game rooms, lounges, and two state-of-the-art fitness centers. The development includes 81 affordable units for very low-, low-, and moderate-income households.
