Situated a stone's throw from the Faculty of Medicine-Pharmacy, the Hospital Centre, the IFSI and close to the IUT Mont Saint Aignan and the ENSAN, the student residence Aubette in Rouen, is ideally located. Fully secure and under video surveillance, it is made up of common areas equipped with designer furniture that include a spacious cafeteria opening onto a large terrace, a multi-purpose room and a fitness room that students have full use of to relax. Several study rooms are also available for students to work alone or in groups. The residence offers studio flats from 19 to 25 m² and one-bedroom apartments from 30 to 35 m². The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a contemporary feel and provide a kitchen kit. Tenants have access to a carpark and a laundry for an additional fee. Hot and cold water costs are included in the rent. WiFi (fibre optic) in the accommodation and common areas is provided free of charge. A reception is available to help students manage their day-to-day life within the residence and receive parcels.
