BIOGRAPHY
Christy L. Throm is a Managing Director of Client Services and leads all phases of the Greystar business development process for the Pacific Northwest. Christy cultivates and engages potential and current client relationships through communication, continuous market research, and trend awareness. Among her strengths are underwriting for acquisitions and developments, which create enhanced client returns and business strategies. Christy holds extensive experience consulting on new luxury communities, high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style projects, conversions, and value-add renovation plays.She has been active in the multifamily industry since 1990 when she began her career as a Leasing Consultant with Essex Property Trust. Prior to joining Greystar, Christy served as Vice President of Client Services at Riverstone Residential Group and Vice President of the Pacific Northwest for Alliance Residential Company, where she was responsible for both Oregon and Washington operations.
Christy holds a Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed broker in the state of Washington.
