At Greystar, we care about the sustainability of our communities and are making strides to improve our global environmental footprint. From everyday small choices to impactful global initiatives, each of us has the power to make a difference. 

This Earth Month, we are shining a spotlight on Greystar properties and corporate offices around the world that are driving positive change, big and small. We invited teams to share about the sustainable initiatives taking place at a global level. From the United States and Germany to India and Spain, we took a deeper look at the efforts taking place across 10 different countries where we operate.

This community in Texas is supporting local biodiversity through their in-house beekeeping initiatives.

Litter Cleanups in The Netherlands

Team members across multiple properties in the Netherlands volunteer to pick up trash in their local communities.

Seed Sharing at Be Casa in Spain

In Spain, the staff at Be Casa distributes seeds to residents as part of their activities designed to promote environmental awareness.
