Building overview

The Accolade on Chestnut is a newly redeveloped student housing community coming soon and near the University of Pennsylvania's campus. We will be at the center of it all! The Accolade will house the university's graduate students and be comprised of studio and two-bedroom apartments offering private bathrooms and in-unit laundry facilities. Community amenities will include a fitness center, coworking lounges, kitchen and study rooms. The Accolade on Chestnut community is within half a mile of the University of Pennsylvania and next to dining and retail options on Walnut Street.
