Alliance Residential Company was acquired by Greystar in July 2020. Most Legacy-Alliance properties utilize Yardi-Procure-to-Pay, and Yardi Voyager software products which is compatible and integrate with the Yardi’s VendorCafé application. VendorCafé is a free service to suppliers (vendors).
Benefits include:
- Cost effective, and secure way to manage business and clients online
- Eliminates printing of paper invoices, postage costs, and time spent correcting errors.
- Invoices automatically import into Yardi Payscan, allowing for instant delivery to recipient
After completing NetVendor registration, support will automatically send an email invitation is with VendorCafé registration instructions. If you missed the invitation or did not receive the VendorCafé registration invite, to request the invitation resent contact VendorCafeSupport@yardi.com
Note: Not all legacy-Alliance communities utilize VendorCafe and Yardi Payscan, contact the property to confirm before submitting any invoices.
