BIOGRAPHY

Todd Wigfield is Co-Head of Greystar’s Americas Principal Business, leading Investment Management and Development & Construction operations in the United States, Canada, and South America. He co-leads the platform and has direct oversight of the Development and Construction business.

To date, Todd’s teams have been directly responsible for executing approximately $25 billion in new development projects, including almost 64,000 units and beds in multifamily housing and roughly 12 million square feet of logistics space. His teams are also responsible for sourcing and executing hospitality, life sciences, and logistics development opportunities. Todd is also a member of the Greystar Executive Committee.

Todd has been active in the multifamily industry since joining Greystar in 1999, including responsibility for site selection, underwriting, capitalization, and execution of new development opportunities. He is a member of the National Association of Home Builders Multifamily Leadership Board.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston.
