BIOGRAPHY

Tim Sedgwick is a Managing Director of Asset Management for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for Greystar developed assets in the Northeast and Southeast regions. Tim has been active in the multifamily industry since 1997 and before joining Greystar in 2011, he served in various roles for companies including Archon Group and JPI. His experience includes a deep knowledge base in the acquisition of value-add properties and portfolios, development underwriting, dispositions, lease-ups, and asset management of large portfolios in markets all over the United States.

Tim holds a bachelor of science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
