BIOGRAPHY

Sarah Kikla Rosen is a Senior Managing Director and leads Legal Services for the Development and Construction business. Sarah manages and oversees the legal aspects of the company’s real estate development, construction and financing activities, operations, and transactions, in addition to managing Greystar’s relationships with outside counsel. She counsels the company in connection with the structuring and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, joint venture agreements, construction contracts, development management agreements, and commercial leases, as well as title, zoning, and land use matters.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2021, Sarah was a Partner at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP in San Diego, California, and Senior Counsel at Latham & Watkins in San Diego, California, and Singapore, where she specialized in real estate acquisitions, development, and finance.

Sarah is licensed to practice law in California. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Computing. She also earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley.
