BIOGRAPHY

Rachael Brittingham is a Senior Managing Director of Global Investor Solutions and a member of the Greystar Executive Committee. Within the Office of the Chief Investment Officer, Rachael leads the Product Specialists team, which manages investor diligence for new ventures and oversees global investor platform services for current investors.

Before joining Greystar in 2016, Rachael served as a Vice President at StepStone Group, where she worked across portfolio management, investor relations, and reporting for the real estate business. Prior to that, she held asset management, investor relations, and controller roles at Buchanan Street Partners and started her career at Deloitte. Rachael is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Rachael received her bachelor's and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Georgia.
