BIOGRAPHY

Ned Mulcahy is a Managing Director, co-leading Greystar’s Private Wealth business in the US. He is responsible for raising equity capital from private banks, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and single and multifamily offices, and works closely with partners to align investment strategies with client objectives and support the firm’s continued growth.

Ned brings nearly 20 years of experience in private markets distribution, with deep expertise in building and managing long-term relationships across the wealth management landscape. Before joining Greystar, he was a Managing Director at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), where he led the firm's US wealth business. Prior to ICG, Ned spent nine years at Barings as a Managing Director covering East Coast wealth relationships. Earlier in his career, he spent more than five years at Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments, covering West Coast clients.

Ned earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Providence College.
