BIOGRAPHY
Melody Reid is a Managing Director for the Property Management business, where she oversees the US Property Systems Engagement line of business, which consists of the Product Management teams that act as system administrators, and the Customer Success team focused on driving adoption and problem solving with the company’s property systems. Her responsibilities include collaborating closely with internal and external customers to understand needs, while prioritizing and implementing advancements in the Greystar Advantage Solutions property system platforms.
Melody’s 25-year career in the multi-family housing industry began by taking on various roles from Leasing Professional to Property Manager before joining Greystar in 2000. Melody has participated in many Greystar initiatives and company acquisitions throughout her tenure to integrate team members and establish company best practices. She also assisted with the early onboarding efforts in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Mexico. Within Greystar, Melody participates on the Operations Process Team 1, Innovation Workgroup, and Taskforce to Optimize Platforms. Externally, Melody participates on the Yardi Peer Group and Real Estate Technology Alliance.
