BIOGRAPHY

Matt Woodland is a Managing Director with Greystar Canada overseeing development and acquisitions of all product types. He is focused on Greystar's Canadian initiatives across multifamily, student, industrial, and life sciences.

Prior to establishing Greystar's Canadian office, Matt was a Senior Director in Greystar's US Investment Management business based out of Newport Beach where he oversaw acquisitions and asset management across many Western US markets. Prior to joining Greystar in 2016, Matt worked for REST, a large Australian pension fund investor, overseeing their global real estate investments.
