BIOGRAPHY

Larry Teitelbaum is a Managing Director of North America Investor Relations. He is responsible for relationship management and capital raising for institutional investors and consultants in the Eastern United States as well as Eastern Canada. He drives fundraising success for Greystar’s flagship products while leading and expanding relationships with institutional investors and key consultant platforms.

Larry brings over 20 years of capital raising experience and relationships, as well as 30 years of industry experience. He joined Greystar in 2025 from PGIM Real Estate (Prudential), where he had a successful 14+ year career, having raised over $10 billion from institutional investors during his tenure at the firm. Previously, Larry worked in a similar role at Clarion Partners.  In prior careers, Larry worked in institutional sales at Deutsche Bank and as an attorney at Greenberg Traurig.
