BIOGRAPHY

Kevin Kaberna is Co-Head of Greystar's Americas Principal Business, leading the company's Investment Management and Development & Construction platform across the United States, Canada, and South America. He has direct responsibility for investment management, credit, and platform leadership, including portfolio management, project finance, and product and practice leadership. Kevin is a member of the Greystar Executive Committee.

Under Kevin's leadership, the Americas Principal Business has grown its owned asset portfolio to approximately 163,000 multifamily units and student beds and about 12 million square feet of logistics space. Kevin oversees the full spectrum of the investment management business, including conventional rental housing, student housing, build for rent, active adult, logistics, and credit.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2006, Kevin was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young's Financial Services Advisory Group and a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New York. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, YPO, and the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Platinum Council.

Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science in business administration, and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of South Dakota.
