BIOGRAPHY

Katherine Danielowski is a Managing Director in Greystar’s Office of the CEO, where she oversees key strategic initiatives supporting Bob Faith (Founder, Chairman & CEO) and executive leadership. Katherine also serves as the operational lead for the company’s enterprise-wide intelligence initiative. In her role, she connects strategy, organizational design, change management, and execution across the company's property management, investment, development, and corporate functions. Katherine has spent years building deep relationships across Greystar's global senior leadership and has a comprehensive track record of driving complex, high-stakes initiatives.

Since joining Greystar in 2019, Katherine has held several leadership roles across the business. Previously, she focused on improving performance and advancing strategic priorities across the company’s development and investment businesses in the Americas. She has helped launch new businesses and corporate functions, including Greystar’s Logistics business and Office of the CEO. Katherine also played a key role in expanding the company’s executive and investment leadership committees, which drive enterprise strategy and operations.

Before joining Greystar, Katherine was an Associate Consultant with Bain & Company focusing on the airline and telecom industries.

Katherine graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in engineering science from Vanderbilt University.
