BIOGRAPHY
Karen Harmon is a Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management where she is responsible for leading the Accounting function for US investments. In this role, Karen oversees accounting and reporting of the firm's US investment vehicles as well as corporate budgeting and forecasting. Karen also serves on the Valuation Committee.Prior to joining Greystar in 2014, Karen served as an Accounting Manager for The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. In that role, she oversaw the fund accounting for Carlyle's Asia Corporate Private Equity Funds. She also previously worked in the Assurance practice at PwC, where she specialized in audits of government contractors.
Karen received both her bachelor's degree and Master's of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
