BIOGRAPHY

Josh Carper is an Executive Director within the Office of the Chief Investment Officer at Greystar and a member of the Greystar Executive Committee. He oversees financial reporting and profitability management across Greystar's Investment Management platform, including strategic cost management and profitability across global business lines. Josh also oversees the formation and negotiation of transaction-related documentation and plays a central role in the strategic planning and operational governance for the Investment Management business.

In addition to his core platform responsibilities, Josh sits on Greystar's Credit Committee and helps oversee credit-related initiatives across the company's global investment management business, including credit deployment, risk evaluation, and portfolio management across US and international markets. He also provides strategic leadership for Greystar's infrastructure investment platform, with oversight spanning capital formation, platform growth, leadership of infrastructure portfolio companies, and integration of the infrastructure business into the firm's broader investment management operations.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2003, Josh was with KPMG, LLP, supporting firms in the financial services and real estate sectors. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multifamily Housing Council.

Josh received a degree in professional accounting and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in South Carolina.
