BIOGRAPHY

Jen Smith is a Senior Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee at Greystar, where she leads the company's global People & Culture and Corporate Communications functions. She is responsible for shaping a globally connected culture and delivering strategies that attract, retain, develop, and reward talent across the organization. Jen also oversees enterprise internal and external communications, helping align messaging with the company’s vision while strengthening its brand and culture.

Prior to joining Greystar, Jen was Human Resources Director at MoneyGram International, a global money transfer and payment services company.  In this role, she led a team of HR Business Partners supporting senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific region. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Jen holds a Master of Arts in business and finance from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, as well as a postgraduate diploma in human resource management from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.
