BIOGRAPHY

Drew Pietro is a Senior Managing Director at Greystar, where he serves as Associate General Counsel and oversees litigation. In this role, he leads Greystar’s litigation and disputes efforts, guiding strategy across a range of matters and partnering with senior leadership to identify and mitigate legal risk. Drew also oversees the Legal Operations team, focusing on solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Greystar’s legal function.

Drew brings more than a decade of in-house legal experience. Prior to joining Greystar, he served as Global Head of Litigation at Klarna and previously held a similar role at Standard Chartered Bank. Earlier in his career, Drew was a Litigation Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell and clerked for Judge William H. Pryor on the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Bar in New York and California

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School.
