BIOGRAPHY

Aubyn Thomas is a Senior Managing Director of Sales and Service Optimization. Her role includes oversight of national strategic marketing, the former Alliance marketing team, and revenue management functions which are now brought together into one team. Aubyn is bringing synergy to marketing, pricing, and sales disciplines and driving strategies that improve overall results in lead generation, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction. She also analyzes marketing, lead management, pricing, operational data, and resident experiences to design and implement actions that enhance the effectiveness of property-level marketing plans and drives topline revenue for Greystar.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2019, Aubyn served as the Senior Vice President of marketing, research and analytics for hospitality organizations including Caesars Entertainment and several Fortune 50 retail organizations including Macy’s, Lowe’s, and most recently Office Depot.

Aubyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Spelman College, an Electrical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University.
