BIOGRAPHY

Angela Russell is a Senior Managing Director, a member of Greystar’s Executive Committee, and leads business operations across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Based in London, she oversees finance, tax, technology, people & culture, and operational functions for both the multifamily and student platforms across these regions. In this international role, she drives strong local execution aligned with Greystar’s global strategy and operating framework.

Angela has played a key role in integrating major acquisitions, most notably leading the corporate integration of the £3.2 billion Student Roost platform in the UK in 2022.

She brings extensive experience across both private and publicly listed real estate companies in the US and internationally. Prior to joining Greystar in 2016, Angela was Group Financial Controller at Primary Health Properties Plc, a listed REIT, where she led the finance function for a £1.5 billion portfolio. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years in PwC's real estate practice.

Angela is actively involved in the industry as a mentor for LIRE/RE Balance and participates in industry forums, including the CREFC COO Forum. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from California State University.
