Cliff Chandler is a Senior Managing Director and leads Investment Management for the US student housing business as well as the Central region for the US Investment Management business.

Michael Erickson is a Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management services and oversees the portfolio management of the Greystar Student Housing Growth and Income Fund (GEdR), a core-plus, open-end investment vehicle targeting high-quality acquisitions and developments at top tier universities throughout the US.

Jared Everett is a Managing Director of University Partnerships for Greystar, leading the pursuit and transactions of on-campus development and acquisition opportunities.

Jennifer Fraser is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar’s Student Living Property Management business. She leads client outreach and relationship management efforts, develops and implements strategies for pursuing new business development, manages client communication, and oversees the relationships with student living clients.

Matt Fulton is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Student Living operating platform for the Property Management business.

Ashley Heggie is an Executive Director of Development Operations for Greystar Development and Construction Services.

Jennifer King is a Senior Director for Greystar Property Management with responsibility for the management and national oversight of the company’s owned student assets.

Bryan Shelangoski is Managing Director, Real Estate for Greystar’s Student Living Property Management business. He oversees the on-campus Greystar assets, on-campus external assets, and off-campus external assets, while providing direct operational and fiscal oversight to an extensive set of internal and external assets across the country.

Julie Skolnicki is a Senior Managing Director of University Partnerships for Greystar, leading on-campus development, acquisition, and long-term management partnerships.
