BIOGRAPHY

Jennifer King is a Senior Managing Director leading the student living operating platform for Greystar's Management Services business across the United States and Canada.

With 20 years of experience in real estate management, Jennifer began her career in student housing as a Community Assistant and has held progressive roles including Resident Services Manager, Community Manager, Regional Director, and Property/Corporate Training oversight. She joined Greystar through the EdR transaction in 2018. Jennifer is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds the Certified Property Manager designation.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in justice studies and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia Southern University.
