BIOGRAPHY

Jennifer King is a Senior Managing Director leading the student living operating platform for the Property Management business. 

Jennifer started her career in student housing as a Community Assistant and has worked in real estate management for 19 years. Her previous roles include Resident Services Manager, Community Manager, Regional Director, and Property/Corporate Training oversight. Jennifer joined Greystar through the EdR transaction in 2018. Jennifer is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds the Certified Property Manager designation. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in justice studies and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia Southern University.
