King

BIOGRAPHY

Jennifer King is a Managing Director for Greystar’s Property Management business and is responsible for the management and national oversight of the company’s owned student assets, including new developments. Jennifer leads a team of Senior Directors and Directors responsible for all business operations, financials, leasing, resident life, and staffing.

Jennifer started her career in student housing as a Community Assistant and has worked in real estate management for 17 years. Her previous roles include Resident Services Manager, Community Manager, Regional Director, and Property/Corporate Training oversight. Jennifer joined Greystar through the EdR transaction in 2018. Jennifer is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds the Certified Property Manager designation.

She holds a bachelor of science degree in Justice Studies and a Master’s of Public Administration degree from Georgia Southern University.
