A pool party just might be exactly what your friends and family members need to get in the summer spirit. Spice up your apartment’s watering hole with exciting pool decorations to give your guests some fun they’ll never forget. Whether it’s simple floating water balloons or extravagant decorations, the wow factor will definitely be there! Contact your community’s manager for details on what can and can’t be done. Always remember safety first, though, when around water. Be sure to follow the pool and spa safety rules posted at your community.
Not into the pool idea or desiring to extend the festivities beyond the water? No problem. Soak up the sun playing DIY backyard games in outdoor spaces around the pool or in a well-manicured courtyard. Turn the grounds around your community into your personal backyard — while being respective of your neighbors, of course — with a fun game of yard Twister or bean bag toss.
It wouldn’t be a successful gathering without something to sip and savor. Refresh your guests with a stars & stripes sangria or sparkling blueberry lemonade. These summer cocktails are sure to please everyone. For the younger crowd (those who are under 21), the Aloha milkshake or orange whip will keep the kids well-hydrated and maybe even a bit excited!

Occasional s’mores parties also invite neighbors to gather around the community fire pit for some savory socializing. Residents looking to stay active indoors cam take advantage of weekly yoga classes with a live instructor in the “Namaste Nook” yoga room.
Residents of Sonoran Vista in Scottsdale, AZ, have plenty of ways to satisfy their cravings every Tuesday when local food trucks visit the community to serve up some mouthwatering meals.
Residences at 4225 in Phoenix, AZ, enjoys hosting free themed-breakfast on special holidays. To celebrate Earth Day, the complex passed out green fruit, green Naked juices, trail mix and small house plants to residents.
