We’ve never met a boring building we liked. Instead, our community is artsy, active and eclectic – celebrating the local Long Beach community through our amenities and shared spaces. Guitar-shaped poolside bar? Check. Deckside canopy beds, indoor/outdoor firepits, and wine chillers? Definitely. From a poolside fitness pad to chill-out nooks and killer entertainer’s lounges, this is a community that encourages camaraderie and good times. If that means hitting the beach with your neighbors, there’s a spare set of wheels (Zipcar!) onsite to get you there. Throw the surfboard on top, and go.

Live at Urban Village and enjoy a mix of cultures, activities, and proximity to everything Long Beach and beyond. We’re located adjacent to the Blue Line, perfect for commutes to L.A. Take your pick of attractions: the beach, marinas, aquarium. You can also stroll The Pike for shopping and dining. Hit the corner dog park with your four-legged friends. Pick up your fruit and veggies at the Farmer’s Markets. And when the stars come out, tap into Pine Avenue for nightlife. Join in on the festivals and events too – from the parades at Long Beach Pride to the Grand Prix races. Neighbors gather monthly for the friendly Twilight Walk, which teems with local food, wine, art, and music.
