Ideally located on University Blvd., The Accolade Collegiate Village West will offer new student housing just one block from UCF. Slated to create a pedestrian friendly community with outdoor seating, walkways and green spaces, The Accolade will include student residential complexes book-ending a large scale entertainment and retail venue including a grocer, food hall and event districts. In an area that already serves universities like UCF as well as Full Sail University, Rollins College, Valencia College and others – this new community will create a student focused entertainment, retail and residential nexus.
