BIOGRAPHY

Yuhei Matsumoto is a Managing Director at Greystar Asia Pacific, overseeing all aspects of the company's investment business in Japan, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and corporate affairs. He has led the deployment of significant capital across residential and other asset classes and brings deep expertise in originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions in the Japanese market.

With over two decades of experience in real estate and credit investments, Yuhei has been active in the industry since 2002 and joined Greystar in 2020. Prior to joining Greystar, Yuhei served as Director at Savills Investment Management, where he led underwriting and execution and was involved in large-scale acquisitions and portfolio management.

Yuhei holds a Bachelor of Laws from Hitotsubashi University.
