BIOGRAPHY

Valerie Fertitta is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar Property Management Services and is responsible for overseeing operations in Chicago, Indianapolis, Kansas City, St. Louis, and other regions in the Midwest.

Valerie joined Greystar in 2009 as part of the company’s acquisition of JPI, where she worked since 2001. Prior to her current role, she worked in several national markets, progressing from Regional Property Manager to Senior Director of Real Estate. Valerie’s experience includes luxury lease-ups from pre-development to stabilization, as well as large renovation projects from acquisition to successful repositioning. She has overseen a variety of product types, including garden, mid-rise, high-rise, and mixed-use. Valerie is an active member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association.
