BIOGRAPHY

Toni Rials is Senior Managing Director of Real Estate, where she provides strategic leadership for the Florida division. With over 30 years of multifamily industry experience, Toni is a seasoned leader in property management, overseeing a broad portfolio and leading a team of senior leaders and functional leaders across the state. She is focused on overall business performance, developing leadership talent, and strengthening client relationships to support continued growth. Toni’s experience and market knowledge make her a valued partner in the continued growth of the Florida business.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2018, Toni held senior leadership roles with Pinnacle, Gables Residential, and BlackRock Realty, where she consistently drove operational excellence and portfolio growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Ashford University and the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
