BIOGRAPHY

Toni Rials is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar’s Property Management business and leads operations in the South Florida region. Toni is heavily involved in strategic client relationships and business development efforts. With over 30 years’ experience in the multifamily industry, she oversees a team of management professionals based in Fort Lauderdale and Tampa who provide management services to over 60 communities and 20,000+ units.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2018, Toni held roles as Regional Vice President with Pinnacle, Gables Residential, and BlackRock Realty. Toni is actively involved with the Florida Apartment Association and local affiliates and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Toni holds a bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration from Ashford University and holds a Certified Property Manager designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
