BIOGRAPHY

Tim Foley is a Senior Managing Director and oversees the Support Services Group (SSG) for Greystar’s Management Services business. Tim is responsible for helping position the various teams to enhance their capabilities and support them in achieving key strategic priorities. Tim leads and works with the leaders of the Support Services Group, who are essential to the successful operation of the business, and he serves as a business partner with leaders to formulate and execute strategic and tactical initiatives. Tim is a member of Greystar’s Executive Committee.

Before joining Greystar in 2023, Tim spent 10 years with GE Capital and 15 years with J.P. Morgan in a variety of client-facing and support roles in asset management, real estate, and financial services. Tim’s most recent role was as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Anywhere Real Estate, where he led the comprehensive business and operational transformation of the $8B multi-brand real estate company.

Tim is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science-international relations. He holds a master’s degree in international marketing, business strategy, and operations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
