BIOGRAPHY

Tim Delgado is a Managing Director and serves as Greystar’s Information Security Officer. In his role, Tim is responsible for the company’s cybersecurity strategy, data protection, keeping company systems secure from cyber threats.

Tim brings over 20 years of experience leveraging technology to drive organizational growth, performance, and profitability. Prior to Greystar, he was the Chief Information Security Officer and VP of Infrastructure Engineering at The Container Store, where he led the company’s cybersecurity strategy and played a critical role in the cloud transformation, embedding security into every stage of the cloud migration. Before The Container Store, he was the Chief Information Security Officer and VP of Infrastructure at PICKUP, where he was responsible for the vision and execution of roadmaps for security, IT operations, and infrastructure.
