BIOGRAPHY

Tim Cook is a Managing Director of Corporate Communications for Greystar and oversees communications and public relations for the Property Management business. Tim has been with Greystar since 1999 and previously led the company’s marketing department and internet services. Prior to that, he played key roles in the growth of the Property Management business line and the expansion of company presence in the Southeast region.

Active in the real estate industry since 1991, Tim previously managed a private real estate trust and worked as a real estate consultant for new developments and properties in litigation.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida.
