BIOGRAPHY

Thomas Forrester is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management and leads Greystar's US develop-to-core fund series. Thomas oversees the management of Greystar's $7.5B build-to-hold development portfolio where he assists with fundraising and is responsible for investment strategy, investment selection, portfolio execution, and dispositions. He works closely with Greystar's Investment and Development teams and serves as the primary point of contact for Greystar's programmatic development investors.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2015, Thomas worked in the Capital Markets group of Cushman & Wakefield in Washington, D.C. where he assisted in the successful disposition and recapitalization of over $2B in office, retail, and multifamily investment sales in the Washington metro area.

Thomas received his bachelor of business administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and earned his Master of Accounting at UNC Chapel Hill.
