BIOGRAPHY

Tarpan Parekh is a Managing Director of Construction in the Mid-Atlantic region. He leads the preconstruction, design, and construction efforts of all projects in the region. Since joining Greystar in 2021, he has been involved in over 3,500 self-performed units totaling nearly $900M.

Tarpan started his career over twenty years ago at Davis Construction in Washington, DC quickly moving to the vertically integrated owner/builder model. Prior to Greystar, he worked at JLB Partners leading their Southeast construction office out of Atlanta. He has also worked at the Hanover Company and spent time as a construction consultant at the National Zoo in Washington, DC.

Tarpan holds his Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
