BIOGRAPHY

Tanner Hicklin is a Managing Director of Development, where he is responsible for industrial development in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee in the Mid-Southeast region. Tanner leads overall growth strategy, sourcing, execution, and leasing for Greystar's logistics business in the region and partners with the Investment team for sourcing and execution on industrial acquisitions.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2022, Tanner was Market Officer at Prologis, where he oversaw operations, leasing and development for Nashville, Memphis, and Minneapolis. He was also with Prologis' Atlanta office where he oversaw leasing.

Tanner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance with an emphasis in real estate from Clemson University.
