BIOGRAPHY

Stuart Marth is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management at Greystar. In this role, Stuart is responsible for Greystar's student housing, active adult and core plus ventures across the US. Stuart leads a team responsible for developing and executing venture strategies, while working collaboratively across the company on transactions, asset management, investment reporting, valuations, and capital raising to drive value for investors.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2021, Stuart served as an Investment Banking Vice President in the Global Power & Utilities Group at Morgan Stanley, assisting with all aspects of M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions for corporate electric, gas and water utility companies, infrastructure focused sponsors and clean energy technology companies.

Stuart earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business with a concentration in corporate finance.
