BIOGRAPHY

Stephen Giambrone is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar, where he is responsible for overseeing all US-owned assets on the East Coast. In his role, Stephen leads all property operations for conventional, single-family rental, and build for rent products spanning 12 states and Washington, DC, with over 50,000 apartment homes across more than 150 communities, representing the fastest growing territory within the conventional business.

Stephen joined Greystar in 2018 to oversee the New York owned asset business and quickly expanded his oversight to include the Northeast, the Carolinas, and ultimately the entire East Coast. Prior to joining Greystar, Stephen spent 13 years with Related Companies, managing luxury high-rise rental, condominium, and mixed-use developments in New York City and Washington, DC. He has more than 20 years of multifamily experience spanning all levels of property operations, working alongside a broad range of owners, investors, and developers throughout his career. He also holds a New York State real estate license and the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York at Albany where he focused on finance and marketing.
